Bright Graphic program support Alpha-channel, multi-frame, and it has various painting tools for editing graphics such as pen, brush, pastel, crayong, spray, saturation, water-brush and so on.

It is very easy and simple to use. In version 1.06: some bugs are fixed on Read/Write GIF/JPG file; can preview output quality and you can get information about approximated file-size, download-time on JPG save.
